I totally concur with others who’ve had similar experiences to mine…Stay away!!!!!! These guys are Total scam artists. They sold me a pre-owned Rolex for a little over $8,000 and they tricked me and told me that the MSRP is $22,000. This is my first Rolex ever and based on my research, the pre-owned Rolex I was interested in should have been priced at around $5-$6K, however the sales manager AJ Tricked me and told me that the price I suggested it should be was based on getting a Rolex with after market parts. Well guess what, in the end I found out that the “Rolex” I purchased did indeed have after market parts. So many that’s it doesn’t seem like it’s even a Rolex, which explains why I had to kick & scream for an authentic Rolex box opposed to the fake busted knockoff Rolex box they tried to give me! Oh And nothing is certified! As a sales professional and manager, AJ should’ve been upfront with me but he didn’t. Their tag price on this watch was $22,000. And just like other customers who were ripped off, I am going to pursue this legally because they should not get away with treating customers this way to gain more money. Totally deceitful and misleading!! I tried to bring the watch back a day later after my research and they refuse to refund my money but wanted me to trade it in for another watch that is overpriced! And forgot about talking to corporate- Gia gave me the runaround, promising to make things right but I eventually never heard back from her regarding an adequate resolution. What a joke and a waste of my time and money! They could care less if you trust doing business with them, which I do not! Stay away because You will spend 2 - 3 times over retail!! Instead, please find a local jewelry shop who is honest and that will treat their customers far better. My experience at this store was beyond any of my expectations! I entered the outlets in search for some ideas for a ring that I wanted to get for my girlfriend. I arrived on Labor Day which was extremely packed with people. Not the smartest move but nonetheless I took a chance. I was planned on hitting multiple stores to see the different options and take advantage of any sales that were going on. Valliani was the first store I walked into. Shazia and Raquel were quick to greet with full genuine smiles and very helpful advice! Within minutes they had me looking at different styles while asking questions to help them pursue the perfect style, size, cut, color, and ring set for me. The customer service was fantastic! They both made me feel very welcome and at home. This is my first actual ring purchase so this experience and attention to every minor detail was amazing! They were both very persistent but I insisted on looking at all the stores to make sure I was making the right decision. ALL THE OTHER STORES IN THE ENTIRE OUTLET DID NOT EVEN COME CLOSE!! They either didn't greet me, did not cater to my needs as a customer, or they didn't have a wide enough selection for me to browse through to see different options. I inevitably returned to Valliani and was given a reasonable deal that I am incredibly happy with. I have the ring now and it is exactly what I asked for. A beautiful set that I believe my girlfriend will love. I am so appreciative for both of these lovely ladies' expertise and outstanding customer service. I will definitely direct family and friends to visit for all their jewelry needs! Thank you both...

!!! DO NOT BUY A ROLEX !!! From this franchise. For all my watch enthusiasts out there let me share with you a horrible experience I had with this business.

VALLIANI JEWELERS sold and fraud me a $30,000 Rolex watch which they had no business pricing at. I submitted a complaint on the better business bureau for more details. The company is known for their unethical business practices of which multiple complaints had been filed against them.

Their “No Return Policy” is their greatest magic trick of all. They led me to believe I was purchasing a Mother of Pearl two tone Daytona Rolex watch. To my surprise, 3rd party opinion and a letter from Rolex confirmed that they had placed an non-factory dial on the timepiece, a two tone mixed of 14kt & 18kt gold not standard for Rolex, and internal condition so bad that it can’t even do its basic function which is to tell time. No matter how many times you take your merchandise for their “1 year warranty” you will be lucky if you walk out of there with a proper working product.
