I have never been so rudely treated in my whole life. I spent about $700 buying gifts and clothes for myself and apparently, Tommy wants their customers to buy SOME clothes, but not too much. Isn't the goal of a retail store to sell as much as possible!? I was told I could only buy so many items because of their "policy." Which is weird to me, but ok, I understand that, but to be completely rude and disrespectful to the customer, I do not agree with. The manager at this store came and took a bunch of the clothes I wanted to buy, told me I could not purchase them because of their policy, then basically threw the receipt at me with a very disgusted look on her face. I was in awe of how she treated me and so I asked what her name was and why she was being so rude. She told me her name and told me to call corporate if I wanted to file a complaint in a very "I don't care kind of way." Basically saying call corporate and tell them because nothing is going to happen. After I left the store, I called corporate and filed a complaint and the told me that someone would contact me to discuss the situation further. No one ever did. So I guess the manager was right, even though I called corporate, nothing happened. Wow Tommy! The way you treat your customers is so uncalled for and very infuriating and I would highly advise anyone from shopping at this particular...
Read moreI visited store number 207 (Tommy kids) today in Livermore, CA (12/8/21) and my husband and I were looking at clothes for my daughter when suddenly out of the back room a woman, who was a manager named Satana, started barking orders at my husband that he was not allowed to have food in the store and needed to put his mask back up. My husband was eating dip n dots ice cream. I understand the policy and the manager’s concern. We would have complied with no problem and continued our shopping had this woman relayed this message to us in a professional and kind matter instead of being incredibly rude and demeaning. She flat out embarrassed us in the middle of the store. My husband and I left promptly after being incredibly embarrassed and will never return or buy another item from Timmy Hilfigure. When I later called the store and spoke to a kind and professional manager at the store, she gave me the information I was seeking and apologized for her behavior. She handled my complain quite well. However, after looking up reviews for this store it appears I am not the only person who has an issue with the staff inside this store And their...
Read moreI generally don't give bad ratings on social media but I am very encouraged to write a review in this Tommy Hilfiger store at Livermore, CA outlet store.
I wish there is a way to give less than 1 star. I ran into a sales guy at this store who was awful and I don't understand why such people even work in service industry. His misbehaving with me was the extreme that I can think off but more disappointing was the behavior of the Asst. store Manager who came to help. She was more interested right away to look for reasons why this sales guy was right even before hearing me out. I generally hate this brand and I don't think this brand is for someone like me - there is a reason why I shop at Nordstrom and there is a reason why Nordstrom doesn't carry Tommy brand. Avoid this particular store as much ch as possible if you shop and customer service is most important than the product they sell. The two employees I interacted with were discriminating customers and racially profiling the customers.
AVOID this...
