Saks OFF 5TH — Local services in Livermore

Service is out of this world. I was given complete attention. Everyone was very friendly with me... it was soothing and comfortable. Store is very well put and organized too with a great selection and well-priced, and designer names.

I always shop here because it always has the most trendy outfits and if they don't have your size, they will offer other options or means of availability.

In particular, Irene, the manager was exceptional.... she went out of her way to find the products I was specifically looking for, and spent considerable time with me to offer other similar products that may kindle my interest (which it did). She is very friendly, and provides outstanding customer service... she should teach a class on customer service to other stores in the mall! I hope the company recognizes her and awards her because she makes me, and I'm sure other customers, feel well served and I am willing to come back especially if she's...

Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service in general, ESPECIALLY by one of their floor managers and couple of their sales associates. Honestly, I don't want to give any stars, one star is too many. It seems that that particular floor manager talks and talks NON-STOP, doesn't even LISTEN and doesn't pay attention to what you're trying to say or ask, interrupts you all the time, and most of the time doesn't even answer your questions properly and completely (well, because she didn't pay attention to what you were trying to say or ask). Also make sure that when you put an item from their "Estate jewelry" on hold, that she doesn't simply remove it from your name and put it on her preferred customer's name (she WILL come up with a story why she did it, "Favoritism 101"). Off 5th is usually one of my top favorite places for shopping. Years ago, they were everywhere, including two stores in Sacramento and one store in Vacaville. They are all gone. This one in San Francisco Premium Outlets is near my home now, but it is still almost an hour and a half drive!

The store is also not nearly as good as what they usually do. The merchandise is not as good as before. The salespersons are not helpful or not even friendly anymore. Saks Off 5th is not the store I'll first shop at when I visit the outlet mall. I hope they will be able to return to a great store...
