This was the most unprofessional luxury store experience I’ve ever had. The staff here basically turned the boutique into a stage for a sales live-streamer. She was pointing her phone at my feet without permission just to sell products online — a disgusting invasion of privacy. On top of that, she hoarded almost all the shoes for her show, leaving paying customers with nothing to try on. The sales associates ignored real shoppers and acted like assistants to the streamer.
