I had high hopes since there isn't another Persian restaurant nearby that I know of. The place is really nice and clean. We walked in and there was no one else inside so we were able to sit wherever we wanted. I was really excited for the Ghormeh Sabzi, it is my favorite dish since I was little. I ordered and the rest of group did too. They ordered the beef koobideh, chicken kabob, and spicy chicken sandwich. We also got a hummus for the table. The server brought out a lavash with tabbouleh for the table. The lavash was really good and fresh. The tabbouleh was good but it had onions in it and I've never had it that way, it was good. It added a little something extra to it. Our food comes out fairly quickly so we start eating. The ghormeh sabzi was really bitter, the stew meat and beans were good with the rice but the greens were really bitter. It was really unpleasant. The koobideh was good but didn't seem grilled. The meat looked like it had been baked, despite that it was tasty. I didn't try the chicken kabob but from I can gather it was good since it was finished. The chicken sandwich was a wrap not a sandwich in the traditional sense, not spicy at all and a little bland. The fries looked like they weren't cooked long enough. They didn't have a golden look to them. They were more on the white side. The hummus was chunky and smooth like usual but it was good. Overall the experience was ok but not great. I will give it another try since it's family owned and I want to support different flavors in...
Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Mediterranean restaurant, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was impeccable. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal without being overbearing—perfect balance!
Now, let’s talk about the food. The Filet Mignon was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. It was so juicy and savory, I couldn’t get enough of it. The Koobideh Kabab was equally impressive. The ground beef was seasoned to perfection, juicy and flavorful, with just the right amount of char to give it that smoky, grilled taste.
But the star of the show had to be the Pomegranate Chicken. The sweetness from the pomegranate glaze paired with the perfectly grilled chicken made every bite a mouthwatering experience. The dish was both tender and juicy, with an incredible depth of flavor that had me savoring every bite.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the flavors felt like a genuine taste of the Mediterranean. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Whether you're a fan of Mediterranean cuisine or just looking for a memorable dining experience, this place is a must-try....
Read moreAmazing Persian-Mediterranean food. Took my wife there for Mother's Day and she was initially hesitant to go there because she loves fancy decor and ambience, which wasn't there. The gentleman who looked either like the head chef or the owner of the place really convinced her to try the food and promised he wouldn't charge us if we didn't like it. We absolutely LOVED the food and their service is just fantastic. Gives a homely feeling. They also may have a buffet lunch offering but they were wrapping it up when we got there. Mouthwatering Lavash bread, hummus, kababs, even the salad was superb! The only thing that wasn't to my liking (and maybe it's the Persian way of making my favorite Mediterranean dish) was the Babaganoush (mashed eggplant). Unbelievably, they made a mean PASTA (I know it's weird to order a pasta in this place, but my daughter doesn't like Mediterranean) that would compete with an Italian restaurant. All in all, a successful...
