Purchased a “forever” patio table set that could withstand harsh weather and UV exposure with no damage or visible wear for 40 years. Top started pealing after a few months. Literally never ate at the table. Had to call maybe 6-8 times, go back to the store 3 times. Multiple unreturned messages. Gave me the run around for three months trying keep as much of my money as possible from the likely fraudulent sale. After they finally reluctantly agreed to the full refund they said they would come get it and refund the card. They didn’t even take the whole set. They removed the umbrella from the table, and left the umbrella. I brought it back two weeks later myself because I still had no refund as was not waiting another month it would likely take them to process that mistake too. They also left my gate open after I specifically asked them to close it when they left, thanks guys. After they processed the refund as three separate credits, cause why make anything simple, I realized it’s about $150 short. Go back in and ask, why? Oh, it’s for a cover. Nope, never bought a cover and you guys now have everything. Ok, hold on. Delivery fee. Really!? A delivery fee on a likely fraudulent sale even after all this? Our salesman, Julio Rodriguez, helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable about the products, was able to answer all our questions and helped us double check our measurements to be sure the set we wanted would work in our space. My husband is a hard sell and I’m very particular about what I purchase. I generally don’t make quick decisions and my ponder the choices. Julio (and store manager Marc Orlando) made it so easy, however, that we bought the first set he showed us. We walked out of the store feeling great and couldn’t believe how quickly we were able to make our selection. We saw what we wanted the first time, but are super thankful that we came back to check it out again to get that amazing Labor Day Sale discount. Listen - this furniture is FAR from inexpensive…HOWEVER…it is hands down the best quality outdoor furniture we have ever purchased.
Luz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the outdoor sets we were interested in. She greeted us with a professional courtesy from the moment we walked into the store and was there for our every question for the entire almost 3 HOURS that we were in there.
