I like to come get a Shake Shack burger every once in a while so it's nice that they opened one up in the area. I've been to this location prior to COVID and during COVID times.
Pre-COVID: Lots of seating inside, could be a bit cleaner. I do not recall any workers wiping down tables after customers get up and leave but it was nothing completely unruly. Staff is hospitable at an average for fast food and are quick as possible when making the food.
After COVID: There is outdoor seating available, maybe like 5-6 tables. Tables were not wiped down between customer to customer and there isn't anyone outside regulating social distancing outside of the store. You order in the main entrance, then are asked to give a phone number to receive message updates. You receive a text when the food is ready and pick up at the back door. Service is a little slower than normal or perhaps it was just really busy. Food is packaged in individual bags and sealed to prevent contamination. Drinks are placed in a drink carrier and then placed into the bag so I really appreciated that detail so my drink wouldn't spill over.
Overall, if you're craving Shake Shack, go ahead but I'd suggest to order ahead of time and then bring it home to eat to avoid contracting something from the uncleaned tables. Also no sink/bathroom available or hand sanitizer aside from one next to the cashier so...
Read moreI had the food last night and I have got to say, this is by far one of the worst restaurant experience that I have ever had. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Don’t get me wrong, the service is ok when it comes to the workers serving the customers, but as I was in the store I did not like how the general manager (Bob I think his name was) was acting and treating the workers while they were in the kitchen doing their job during a rush hour I’m assuming. When my food arrived after almost 25 minutes of waiting, the food was cold and the burgers were red when I asked for them to be WELL DONE. I made myself very clear when I said that. I asked for a refund and left. I had later done some research on this restaurant and I had discovered that they almost killed a girl due to a peanut allergy that was mentioned when they had first opened, which is why they are so strict on allergies now. I do not recommend this place to anyone considering the burgers are all hype. I can make everything 10x better at home. I heard that they also have rats in the kitchen, but will deny it if you ask ofcourse. I will no longer be wasting my money at Livingston Shake...
