Be aware of their catering service. 1. poor value for their sandwiches...see picture below. they are charging 80 dollars for this platter. says 14 servings online but i would say this serves 8 people max
placed order online on monday night 11/21/2022 called and confirmed that the order went through. That monday, I spent an hour calling multiple times to finally got through to someone who can confirm my order. I left a voice message too which they never responded. The day of pick up, I got a call 10 mins before my order was due for pick up. They left a vague voice mail to say that they got my order. I went into the store 10 mins past the order due time and was told they haven't got my order ready because the payment did not go through. I paid at the counter and had to wait another 10 mins for my catering order
They don't care about their customers. No one ever apologized for the stress they have put me through. Every employee look like a deer in the headlight. I spoke with the manager and instead got a cold response that they have 450 orders to process.
overall summary, really excited that a reputable asian food establishment is Livingston NJ. This location unfortunately under performed in value, communication with customers, and customer service.
11/28/2022 update I did get a call from the district manager? who apologized promised to improve their services. Therefore, I upgraded this review to 2 stars. I look forward to be able to give them a 5 stars...
   Read moreDec 2023 2 â This is how easily a business can fail ...and go out of business if its not careful. I been here several times since 5/2023 with no complaints. In fact, every visit there were very cordial ladies working the counter. Very friendly and helpful. Not to be sexist or anything. This time I asked for the slice of chocolate cake with the mini cookie and gingerbread guy on it (for a sweet gift for my daughter). The guy packed it up for me, I pay, Get home and peak at it prior to putting it in the fridge and to my surprise there's no gingerbread guy on it!! and the cookie fell over (Not an issue with the cookie since that probably fell during travel). Clearly there was a gingerbread guy on it like the rest in the case but as you look at it there should be one. If I was working the counter and was packing this slice up with that spot on it I'd be at the very least questioning it with my coworkers. Or perhaps it was taken off during packing because the gingerbread guy was too tall? Either way, I'm missing the gingerbread guy AND I had to do a last minute gift shopping for my daughter. I ended up eating the slice of cake myself cause It wasn't fit for gift giving. I didn't want to waist the money spent on it.

   Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with the chocolate strawberry cake I ordered for my sonâs and husbandâs shared birthday on Wednesday, 5/16, with a scheduled pickup for Saturday, 5/17.
Unfortunately, the cake did not meet the quality we expectedâespecially considering that weâve purchased this same cake before and had good experiences in the past. This time, however, the experience was deeply disappointing.
When we opened the box at home, we noticed several issues:
The cream layer inside the cake was not centered, affecting both the appearance and balance of the cake.
There was visible damage to the chocolate and white cream on the surface, as if someone had touched it with a finger.
The birthday message had inconsistent formattingâthe letter âTâ in âHappy Birthdayâ was oddly capitalized.
Most concerning, the bottom layer of the cake was noticeably firmer and drier than the rest, making it unpleasant to eat.
This cake was meant to be a special part of our familyâs celebration, and at a price of $45, we expected a much higher standard. Instead, we were left disappointed and dissatisfied.
