Freestyle Consignment — Local services in Livingston

As of today, 09/05/2024 , I called this Free Style Consignment Store, about some inquiries how to sell my clothes. The lady which answered the phone with the heavy accent was very difficult to understand because of un proper vocabulary . After talking with the lady she told me that they were accepting brand name clothing,(which I also have). After walking for 1 mile, I finally entered the store. She looks at my clothes, & pretend that she was accepting some of my clothes by putting them on the side, but she didn’t take anything. She was profiling & I definitely felt it. I would’ve bought a jacket at the store however I just left. I will not recommend this store. The customer service is very mediocre.👎👎

Hi dear Without the respect, I didn’t expected you to say otherwise however this is exactly how I felt according to the description and whatoccurred on the day. Maybe no one had complained so far due to their time consumption however this needs to 🛑 STOP! for what concerning my items most of them were brand new as well asbrand-name . My items did not have any sign of wear, stains or rip as I was stated of them were new and I would rather throw them out in the garbage can instead of passing them to anyone else. This lady needed to wear her pair of glasses before inspecting anyone’s item not to mention she inspected them in a hurry in order to get back to her phone texting. While , I was there, another customer entered the premise, and that lady totally ignored her & not even a greeting...

Very rude manager Ali she only pick up high branded expensive item to sell . She is rude for my feedback and threw my staff in back over two months she don’t remember when I called her. She never put on shelf as she is only interested in high value staff . The store is messy dirty not orgnized. It’s cost me three trip to her store which is about 300 miles with 100$ gas n my car . I m Wondering if this is her business or she want to sell fancy staff she needs to open some ggetent atore . She is not hard worker ride unprofessional. Where do I start. The owner is the sweetest most knowledgeable lady I’ve met so far in the area.
