Franco’s Pizza - Livingston — Restaurant in Livingston

I decided to take my lunch break today at this place. When I walked in front of the counter , a gentleman with a green shirt came up to me and took my order. Once my slices were ready , I accidentally slipped over one of my slices on the counter , a worker who served me looked at me and gave me an attitude while asking me if I wanted another one and I said yes. I started eating my slice while I waited for the other one when I noticed the man who served me left. I waited another ten minutes, and then decided to stand up and ask for my slice. The man in the green shirt served me my slice and as I thought , it was burnt. When the original man came back , ( who left the slice in the oven), he was told by the man in green shirt that he forgot the slice in the oven. The worker started cursing out verbal words at me from afar in Spanish, thinking I didn’t know Spanish. I smiled and remained calm. Once I paid , I left and told them thank you for everything and have a nice day in Spanish. I hope every customer that comes here doesn’t experience this , and I hope the owner has a talk with their staff , especially the pizza maker in the front counter. Just because one doesn’t look Hispanic/Latino or that doesn’t look like a person who speaks Spanish , doesn’t mean they don’t know Spanish. All this being said , I’ll never...

The pizza was soooo good, crisp bottom, perfect amount of cheese to sauce to crust ratio, that’s how you do pizza! The perfect slice to where you won’t be hungry and you won’t be full and sluggish after, and the service was great, when I got there I ordered 2 slices and the sign said free medium drink with any 2 slices but I didn’t see the part where it said 11-3 (or whatever the time was) and it was 3:35 and the guy helping us still gave me the free drink, that’s great service to me, he could’ve pointed out that it was past 3:00 but he didn’t, he just gave it to me and I didn’t realize until afterwards, I appreciate that level of customer service. I will DEFINITELY be back, the pizza is a LITTLE on the higher end, not much higher, but 3.00 for a slice isn’t horrible but it is WORTH IT and I will return with my kids, my Son really enjoyed it, they have wifi, so we got great pizza while on our iPads. I've been patronizing this AF pizza store many times. The pizzas were good the first few times then it started going downhill. The toppings they put on were becoming lesser and lesser. “Pitiful” is the appropriate name for it. A few times it was hard to find the toppings on the pizza because so few of them were put on. Often the pizzas were poorly made and overcooked. The last time I went my order was messed up. It did not have the toppings I ordered. Cheaper toppings were substituted instead. The customer service is not professional at all. They tried to blame their customers for messing up the orders. However the prices they charge were significantly more than other pizza stores in Livingston. Even Costco pizzas are better than this store, needless to say the Costco’ pizzas cost less than half of this AF’s pizza. Will never go...
