WHERE IS THE OWNER????!!!

No one speaks English and they laugh at you when you try to re-explain that you want your bagel toasted!

I walked into Bagels 4 You for the first time since they opened years ago, my daughter convinced me by saying she takes my grandkids there and that it is the best in Livingston

IT IS ACTUALLY THE WORST IN LIVINGSTON, I walked out with two plain bagels that I started out asking for Creamcheese and Lox, I only paid for two plain bagels because it was too much trouble to explain. Let’s forget the fact that the bagel is half the size of Livingston bagel, Eppes and Bagel Nosh….this place is for people that don’t know of another place or don’t mind eating what they don’t want but what the person that cannot speak or understand English wants you to eat! (my opinion, but I speak from experience)

My forecast is if the owner doesn’t show up or hire an interpreter, it is only going to close...

The food is good but I have to give it 1 star for the communication. ALLERGY WARNING. I have a significant allergy to nuts and I was asking the ladies if the chocolate swirl pound cake had any nuts in it. They had NO IDEA what I was asking. They looked at me like I had 5 heads and just kept saying “made today- $1.95” I had to keep repeating nuts and I started listing off nuts and they still didn’t know what I was saying! That’s so dangerous for people with allergies since they can’t even understand what you’re asking! I guess if you have allergies make sure you speak Spanish or come with someone who does. I’ve had problems with them not understanding in the past but this time is a safety issue. Just wanted to warn other people with...

WOW if you want a great and I mean spectacular bagel this place is for you. HOWEVER, if you want a buttered bagel bring your own butter because if you ask for extra butter they charge you 85 cents! Bringing your total bill to just under 3.00. IF you asked for a bagel with cream cheese you would be overwhelmed with cream cheese it is that much - for a grand total of 2.15...I can't eat dairy so I am stuck paying 85 cents more for something!

As for their bagels, and who are we kidding, if you are from the East you love bagels - they are beyond the best! WHEN YOU WAIT IN LINE and you will, you see them making the fresh hot bagels and putting them...
