Fantastic Sams Cut & Color — Local services in Livonia

I am absolutely unsatisfied with this salon and do not recommend it to anyone. I came with a photo of how I would like my hair, and after 5 hours of having my hair done, it turned out brassy, orange, and yellow. Not to mention, it’s not even blended with the dark roots, there are harsh lines instead of it being blended. I was still charged $200.00 for this terrible hair color and now need to get a color correction at a different salon, and pay again for this botched hair!! I contacted the salon again to fix this, and they wanted me to wait a week to get it fixed, which I will not leave the house with this yellow and orange hair. Beware of color...

Walked in and no one said can I help you ?. I waited for 5 minutes and the clients they were working on was done. People took cuts in front of me. I think ok. Then the next client got up and the hair dresser looked at me and said I need to take care of her first. So I think to myself ok. Then I stand there which seems like forever but it was probably 3 minutes and she is not saying anything. I then walked out the door thinking !. What the fu__ did I do ?. Rachel is awesome!!!! I had the halo hair with the bold black and white contrast and I came in with it botched from another hairstylist. Rachel took me in, took her time to separate my hair and showed me exactly what was missing. It was patchy, uneven all around and Rachel fixed it SO well. She talked me through every process, asked me if everything she was doing if I was satisfied with it, showed me what colors she was using, showed me exactly what she was doing the whole time.
