Have had several good visits here in the past. The food is generally very good and service is quick. This morning was really disappointing, though. They were on a wait when we arrived, but it wasn't too bad. The place was full and they were seating quickly as each table left.

We were seated by a very friendly hostess/assistant who seemed to be hosting and also checking on tables along with the servers. She took our drink orders and brought the drinks immediately. However, we then waited at least another ten minutes before the server made it to our table. I saw this happen repeatedly to tables seated after us.

After placing our orders, we literally sat and waited for our food for 45+ minutes. There was no apology or acknowledgement of how long we had been waiting, though the hostess checked on us several times and was very kind. I fully understand that off days happen, but it is a nice gesture to acknowledge what is going on when tables are waiting too long for food.

The food was tasty once it arrived, though the eggs in our Eggs Benedict were hard cooked and not prepared properly. Everything else was fresh...

I tried this location because I went to the Farmington hills one and it was amazing so I expected the same from this location boy was I wrong. My first experience here was dine in early morning it was a slow day not many customers so once I placed my order Im anticipating the meal to be what I had at the other location but no. My food came out overcooked english muffin toast was hard, crab cake was extra crispy, poached egg was so overcooked the inside was cooked and it’s not supposed to be. I didn’t complain I just finished up left a 20% tip still because the waitress was very nice. I tried to give them another chance this time with takeout with no better luck. No condiments was provided as well as my hashbrowns were overcooked and greasy and my pancake was burnt as well they added extra cherry tart to try to hide it but you can’t hide the burnt taste and unfortunately for me I didn’t discover it until I arrived to work so there was no turning back. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning and I do not recommend...
