I will rate the following for my experience at this restaurant. Management Employment Presentation Taste/Quality of Ingredients 0/5 - Being a terrible experience with out a second thought 1/5 - Very dissapointing experience with a chance to improve. 2/5 - An experience that comes with a couple problems. 3/5 - An average experience 4/5 - Very good experience 5/5 - An Exceptional experience worth telling others about.

Management 4/5 I rated management a 4/5 due to the fact that it was very clean and tidy both on the customer side, aswell as the cooking side(From what I could see over the bar). The utensils, cups, and plate ware were clean without the usual residue on them.

Employment 3/5 I chose 3/5 for "The Chopstix" employment due to the fact that they were pretty understaffed due to a large amount of customers at the time. There were only a few mishaps that occurred, but other than that the staff gave a home style restaurant feel which was welcoming.

Presentation 3/5 I would have to give the presentation of food an average score. There wasn't anything wrong with the presentation, nor was there anything exceptional or eye catching about it.

Taste/Quality of Ingredients 3/5 The food that I ordered consisted of a sushi roll, miso soup, edamame, and a Phõ bowl.

We recieved the edamame and miso soup first, the edamame was pretty good for the price, tasting freshly steamed or boiled, with a good amount of salt. However the Miso soup tended to be strong for me and my partner, this was fine as long as the rest of the food matched this intensity keeping a theme.

Sadly, my Phõ did not match the flavor intensity of the Miso soup thus making it seem very bland. Not only that, but the quality of the meat seemed to be a little below average. The Beef Tendon when chewing on it was sadly a little freezer burned.

On the other hand the sushi roll that we also ordered was amazing, it matched the flavor intensity of the miso soup in a very good way.

0 out of 5 did not have a good experience it was a long piece of hair in my food and they only took 2 dollars off i was disgusted after eating the majority or my food couldn’t finish and the manager response is this isnt our hair the hair was longgggg and curly i have braids the waiter was really nice but the manager wasnt he even brought the plate back to the table with the hair

Responding back to the restaurants response the hair was long and black My daughters hair is sandy brown and very curly, in a ponytail it wasnt long like the hair on my plate, im not the type of person that do reviews nor am i a difficult person the amount is not that much to lie or make up something about a $14 meal I had a bad experience and im just sharing what my experience was i know my hair and my childs hair if you wasnt there then no response is needed also we wasn’t sitting near each other nor did i feel a fan blowing and its cold outside The main thing is the manager made me very uncomfortable his response was very dry but that may be his personality idk his response was well what do you want me to do, you ate the majority of your food i couldn’t finish unfortunately mistakes happen but how you talk to people makes a...

I’ve been here more than once. Each time except for today has been delightful. I have a 3 visit rule before I leave a review. As a returning (yet still fairly new) customer, I expect the same service that I have received initially no matter who is staffed for that day. I ordered the 5 flavor popcorn chicken appetizer, and the chicken was fairly cold. I questioned if the chicken was supposed to be served that way and was gaslit about the situation. Staff basically told me that it has been sitting and got cold because we took to long to get it. The gag is, I ordered from the car and never left the parking lot(watched them from the window the whole time). Instead of asking if he could remake my clearly old food, he asked if I wanted him to warm it (he isn’t legally supposed to take food back from a customer) sauce or ketchup lol… I am a black girl with a soul food background, I know what old fried chicken looks like.

This is definitely not the experience I was expecting after working and standing on my feet for hours using that same money to patronize this company that clearly doesn’t care to keep me...
