I brought in a picture of how I wanted my hair to look. The lady said she could do it. Not only did the blonde turn out brass colored but she didn't even color my hair to the scalp so now I have to go pay someone else for something she should have done. I payed $200. And when I asked her to put some blonde streaks in it to fix it. The only appointment she would give me was 7:30 am on a Saturday. I asked her did if have to be so early and she said yes. This isn't right. She did that on purpose so I wouldn't show. She ripped me off and my color has already washed out 2 weeks after and I bought nexus color stay. I think I deserve some kind of money back but I doubt that will happen. When I went she kept my change and said thank you like I was tipping her but I wasn't but I just went along with it. Then she tried to sale me shampoo and conditioner that wasn't right for my hair for a marked up price that I could pay $10 a piece for on website. I had to bring it back in twice to tell her I didn't want it. I felt like she was trying to get over on me. She was all about money and her next appointment.my hair could have processed longer. I asked her twice was it blonde enough. My hair was blonder when I came in. She does not care that I'm not happy with my hair. It looks nothing like I payed for. Then I decided that I wasn't gonna come to the 7:30 appointment and what would be the use in calling her. She said she would only fix my hair on a Saturday at 7:30 am. Even when I asked a few times did it have to be so early. I payed my money. I should be a little happy with my hair and they should've gave me a reasonable time slot to have it fixed. I didn't know they were open that early. Then they sent a text saying they can't provide me service. I'm gonna see what I can do about this. There has to be something I can do. Read moreI have been eyeballing this salon for a few years now (since moving to NC). I'm always hesitant to get my hair colored at new places. It takes me a long time to give a stylist a chance. The manager of Belize recommended Kelly to me a couple months ago. I finally set up an appointment for today with her and am so happy I did. Honestly I was nervous anyways because I was trying blue low lights with my natural up top. Well she did it better than the picture for me after I described my concerns about this particular style in the picture. I'm so happy with my hair. She is very thorough, gentle, patient, talkative, and genuine. I really appreciated her work! Thanks Kelly! Hopefully I'll see you again here soon! Read moreI had a pixie cut at another place and unfortunately, it didn’t go well. I had uneven places and basically a hole where it had been cut so short. It had no texturizing and I looked like cone head from SNL. I had a pic and it looked nothing like it. I didn’t feel comfortable having the same person do it, as sweet as she was. I made some calls this morning and a local lady fit me in and did exactly what I wanted only shorter because she had to (and, it looked like the pic). But, the great thing is it will grow in nicely. Vonda, the preachers wife, was amazing and I will definitely return in four weeks to her. She is new to the area and excepting new clients.
