They did a great job with my hair. My stylist was super nice and she even cut off little by little so as not go too short and she told me about the other services they offer (because I didn't see it listed anywhere) and she gave me recommendations to other places in the area since I'm new here.

She didn't tug or move my head too forcefully like some stylists are known to do sometimes. All in all it was a great experience.

I went there a while back and wasn't completely happy with my hair but I've been to 2 other places and they were way worse. I think you have to keep trying to get your hair the way you want it but my hair did look good when I left this place. I wanted my hair blonde and it turned out brass and you couldn't tell unless you were in the light but she did have me come back to fix it. So I realized my review was too harsh to begin with.
