Amazing experience at Excite Bikes. I was down south to visit family and took my dad’s 1996 Stumpjumper out of storage. Charles and Jeff helped bring it new life. They were spectacularly helpful and communicative. They had the right parts for a great price and their skills and quick service saved me a ton of trouble and money. Charles is a super knowledgeable guy! My wife and I are just getting into mountain biking and stopped in for some bikes. Not only did Charles help us pick out the right bikes for us, he answered all 122 questions that I had. Charles then took it a step above and informed us of a lot of the trails in the area and how to find out if they are open. Charles is a stand up guy that is super family oriented and his passion for the sport is clearly seen.
