This was my first time visiting this AT&T location, I was kindly greeted by Joseph (Joe) I instantly felt comfort and welcomed as I began to express my concern and reason for visit. Without passing judgement I shared with him that I was ready to upgrade my 2019 iPhone XS Max for something of better value.. he introduced a few options to me, I instantly said I wanted a pink iPhone 15 Plus and he made it happen. He placed a warehouse to store delivery on 11/15 and I received it in 48 hours, once I paid a second visit to the store he applied everything to my new phone including: screen protector, phone case, pop socket. I was also welcomed by his colleague Gino, these men seem to really enjoy their profession and It truly shows.
If you are from Lodi, Garfield & surrounding area you need to visit this store.. they are kind, helpful and not pushy at all.. tell them I sent you, I hope all your needs and concerns are met.

He told me that he was giving my boyfriend a discount on his phone bill and I guess he was just trying to make a sale because the time comes around to pay the bill and it’s higher than it was supposed to be. We call him and he says in order to get the discount we have to do autopay. I told him that he never mentioned that on that day and at first he said “of course because...” and then switches up and says yes he did. My issue is that he lied and said that he told us one thing when he never did. I asked a BUNCH of questions that day & never did he mention that. A complete joke that probably has to meet a quota. I was only looking for a case for my note 5 and had no intention of getting a new phone even though I qualified for an upgrade. I went to the Lodi At&t store and waited my turn to be serviced, which wasn't too long. While waiting, I observed and appreciated the attention that they gave to the customers, which is a plus for me. Well, I ended up taking advantage of my upgrade and both employees were very knowledgeable, patient and courteous when explaining my options and changes to my policy.
