The Halal Meal Prep — Restaurant in Lodi

My last order never arrived and the previous one had old rice and the chicken spoiled very quickly. I called customer service and no one answered the call and I also sent an email without a response. I have been ordering from them for the past three week and I generally like their products but there customer service is non existent and the one time I spoke with someone it sounded like a highly unprofessional individual who doesn't really care about their business. There aren't many halal meal prep options that service NY and deliver so I was hoping they would do the right thing, but unfortunately my experience...

I've ordered from Halal Meal Prep in the past, and the food has always been fresh and delicious. However, I did face some issues recently with delayed deliveries, which was frustrating as I plan meals weekly. That said, I really want to give a shout-out to Chris from the team, he stepped in, followed up personally, and assured me, my delivery will get me on time. I truly appreciate his professionalism and customer service. Thanks, Chris! Hoping things stay consistent...

I should have read some of these reviews before ordering. I placed the order over a month ago and every time I call they say its going on on priority mail tomorrow, and then tomorrow never comes!! They keep lying. What a way to start or try to run a "halal" business! Bunch of liars and scammers!! I'm reporting them to the food authorities in MD , to department of consumer protection and secretary of state of MD. They think they can simply take people's money...
