Look fot size 6 work boot no on the steel toe. First time in the store. Every thing was real nice. Needed to use the bathroom and the lady let me in real quick One lady in the store followed me around the store the whole time. I told them i was just looking. Which i was found many things i like. I just didnt like them watching every move i made they had camras in the store shouldnt that be enought . I gave three stars instead of one. Because a girl with long hair ask me if i need help i said no and she back off . Then when i came to thr lock cabnet that had some stuff that appeared to be real silver she ask if i like to look at it closer she take it out i said no. I understand why they were watching me so close but not all cpustomers come in to steel. I like to do window shopping alot. So when i do get any money i know exactly what i want. I recently visited the Boot Barn in Lodi and had a disappointing experience with the customer service. Despite being a loyal customer and having a positive experience at the Delta Shore location, I was treated poorly by the sales associate, Mayra. She rolled her eyes and slammed her hand on the counter when I asked her to update the contact information for my husband's hat, which I was dropping off to be shaped. I was taken aback by her attitude and decided to take my business elsewhere. Boot Barn in Lodi is great. The store is well set up and organized considering how much they have in there. I go there for the work boots. My hf bought me a pair for xmas and I had to exchange them, and I did that on xmas eve. So, almost 2 months later, the boots stitching popped and the leather came apart. Denise, the mgr on shift, gave me store credit so I could replace them. I walked in my socks and picked out a pair and left with them.
