THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! Hahn was amazing from my first call all the way through the repair he did for me.

Hahn saved my daughters entire wedding without a doubt! I contacted him very last minute with my 92yr old grandmas wedding ring that she gave to my daughters fiance to give to my daughter on her wedding day. The ring was very tiny at a size 4 and needed to be made 2 sizes larger but with it being purchased by my grandfather in the mid 1940's and so very special to our family I was struggling with leaving it anywhere for work to be done and certainly was not comfortable with it being sent out anywhere for repair. It was difficult enough thinking I was going to have to leave it anywhere for a couple days but I was so incredibly happy when Hahn told me he would work on the ring while I waited!! I may have cried a little bit lol! There was no appointment needed and he began immediate work on the ring when I arrived without notice, last minute of course (scheduling my day isn't my strong point.) By the time Hahn checked the ring over and gave me the recommendation to make the band a little thicker, I was 100% confident in his ability to take the utmost care of this sentimental piece & he did not disappoint!! He made the band larger & thicker & dipped it in white gold to refresh it. It came out absolutely gorgeous!!!! My grandma couldn't get over how beautiful it was!

I can't say enough about everything from customer service, knowledge, & skill with Lodi Jewelry! I will never take another piece of jewelry anywhere else! Oh, he also gave me estimates on several other rings in need of repair & cleaned them for me! I was shocked by how good his prices are! Very very reasonable & I will be bringing each piece in until they are all repaired.
