The owner of this particular branch needs to restaff it with more competent individuals who have experience in the foodservice industry. There is only one guy who runs the counter. When he picks up the phone he never answers by saying "Hi Muscle Maker Grill how can i help you." Instead its a "yeah" and you are not even sure you dialed the right number.
They also are short staffed so much that sometimes they a) don't pick up the phone when you call b) refuse delivery. You'd think they are busy, but when you drive by there is nobody in there - even during dinner hours. Once I walked in and that same guy was chatting it up more with one of his friends. Instead of taking care of the customer, he thought it was OK to continue his conversation with one of his friends for a few minutes.

Prices are a little bit on the high side but I guess it is defaulted to be like that because of the healthy food aspect. The taste of the food and the variety of meals is ok. Watch for the sodium in some of the items.
If you are calorie conscious (I'm sure you are) make sure to only eat what they put on your plate. The additional Sour Cream and Mayonesse Schiracha sauce are high calorie add one that are not included in the online calorie calculator. If you want a full detail of calories and such go to the company's general website and you will sure get them accurately there (without the add ons).
Meal Prepping "Deals" Overpriced. Very small and the amount of calories in some of the options are not enough (in my opinion) to maintain a 1800-2000 calorie diet. You will have to supplement. There are a lot better options out there from small companies giving you appropriate food...

I travel a lot for my career path. Whenever I'm on the road I always try to find good food while trying to keep healthy at the same time. That's when I discovered the Muscle Maker Grill locations. I have gone to eat at many of the different locations I can find, however, the Muscle Maker Grill in Lodi NJ has since become my favorite. Great owners, great staff and above all, great food. Being that I am always on the road a lot with lighting, neon and LED products, it is always a "bright", pleasant visit whenever I go there or bring new people with me to discover what a great place it is.
