Initially, I would like to say that my family, myself, and our small business have been AT&T customers for over 40 years. The quality of the cellular service has always been fantastic, but candidly, the personal service from the individual stores (which would always be in Charleston, WV, was nothing short of putrid). It always seems like their level of knowledge, and the outcomes that we experienced were rudimentary at best. In terms of distance, we were always one hour away from the nearest AT&T store, and we were always frustrated within a month after completing our āservice experience,ā in Charleston, WV. Using 40 years as a benchmark, for 38 of those years, this was the constant experience for myself, and my Family. However, when the Logan, West Virginia AT&T store became fully functional and under the management of a gentleman named Gabe, along with his team of Tyler, Larry, Jonathan, and Joe, things went from a D- to an A+ overnight. These guys are absolutely amazing. You would have a difficult time showing me any AT&T store across the state, or across the whole country for that matter, that are as kind, courteous, professional, and most importantly, efficient, and accurate with everything they do. In essence, this is one of the most well run businesses that I have ever dealt with in 47 years of Life. They are percipient, guileless, and they work sedulously to make sure that each and every customer is treated fairly. Personally, I could go on and on about this Team in Logan, WV. Hands-down, it is the best AT&T store I have ever visited in my entire life and I am grateful that they are located in my hometown. She stepped in and fixed what the old manger said she would do but never did before she left the store. When I first met Paige I could see as she waited on the people before me that she cares about her customers and loves her job. A week later my phones shut off at 9am for non payment, so I go into Kanawha Cuty location they got my phone turned back on by paying another bill w late fee. The three sheets of turned out to be a receipt showing I added auto pay a receipt showing 11$ for the screen protector fee and a blank sheet. I filed a report with the store for the tapes to be reviewed as I was advised by the kanawha city location said to do.
