EZPAWN — Local services in Logansport

We got a TV from EZPawn In Logansport, when we bought it we were assured by the guy (Bobby) selling it to us that since we got the extended warentee that we could get the cash back even to the last day of the receipt. When we went to return the tv they refused to give us our money back. We had to get store credit, which we obviously didn't want. when I agreed to get the store credit they wouldn't even come up to the cash register to give me the store credit. I had to tell them like 2 or 3 times 'yeah the store credit please'. then they begrudgingly rang me in my store credit. Very Disappointed! ! ! They argued with me about the lines in the TV screen and about getting my money back. I really just wanted my money back so I could go to walmart and get a new tv that wasn't messed up. Now I am forced to deal with more of their less ideal products. Very Frustrated ! ! !! Feel that if a customer is assured of something they should have to stand by their word, but I guess that's to much to ask for these days. Especially when the customer has the receipt in hand. I don't like being treated like I am a liar. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to get electronics from there for this...

I love EZ Pawn . I have been a customer from the first day they opened many years ago. All of the employees are very helpful and friendly. I have had a couple not so good experiences, though. I brought an antique 14k gold opal bracelet in on October 2nd. to sell.it was clearly marked 14K, which I know isn't a guarantee of authenticity. The male employee informed me that it didn't look real. After he weighed and acid tested it, I was told it wasn't real gold. of course I was disappointed because I knew what I had. Long story short, I took it to a local jewelry store that was having an estate buying event, and they bought it from me for $900! So just how accurate is your...

bought a lap top for my son, great price and in perfect workink condition... so we went back and got him a desktop pc, it too is very nice for a fraction of what a new one would have cost. I just realized I bought my GPS here about 4 years ago and it is still working great and tellin me where to turn. we purchased an electric guitar and amp twice.. one for my daughter and a couple years later, one for my son. We obviously are repeat are repeat customers and have always been treated well here. Being a single parent, it's nice to have an affordable alternative to purchase these types of things...
