Okay, first of all, I just want to say that I have never gotten any bad quality food here. Whether ordering ahead or just walking in, I've never received any old or cold food. That being said, I feel like I must post a seemingly strange review about some experiences had here dealing with the register and cashiers. A few months back, I paid for a large order of pizzas (called ahead), which the total was about $31. I pay with cash, (2 $20 bills) take my pizzas, and walk out. I get out to my car and realize the cashier did not give me my change. No big deal, I go back in and ask for it. I am told she did give me my change back, and I must have forgotten. I did not have my purse on me and my pockets were empty of any money, so I knew that was not true. I ask to speak to a manager and before I know it, three people are behind the counter assuring me my change was given back. (two of which were in the back and did not even see the transaction happen) I ask if there are any cameras they could check to see if my change was handed back. I was told no. I asked if they could count the drawer to see how much they had over (I had a job as a cashier at the time) and was told they couldn't do it. I am told again my change was handed back and I must have dropped it in the parking lot or forgot. I leave feeling not angry, just really confused and stupid. Anyway, I'm just now saying something because last night, my husband went to pick up an order and he told me the cashier did not give him his change back either. But he caught himself before he walked out the door, and turned around and asked for it. He said the cashier was all smiles but seemed reluctant to admit he didn't give the change back, but eventually did after some convincing. (which did not need to happen at all) And not too long ago, a friend of a friend on Facebook was ranting that he had to argue with a cashier at this Little Ceasers to get his change back, which totaled almost $14. He threatened to call corporate and they were quick to hand it back and offered him a discount with apologies. So I guess Im wondering... do these employees get to keep any extra money left over in the drawer? Because it really seems they were purposefully trying to not give change back to make a profit for themselves. Sorry this review was so long. If anyone else had any same experiences here...
Read moreTo be completely fair, I wanted to give them 1.5 stars, but it's not an option with google maps. I haven't purchased pizza for myself from little Caesers for over 3 years. I only ever pick it up for my family member and with great reluctance.
I stopped buying for myself because I got tired of buying hours old pizzas that were cutting boards by the time I get them home. More recently though, I started noticing an abundance of health code violations. I won't elaborate as to what they were, but you might spot them should you go in yourself.
Now the reason I didn't give the absolute worst rating is because you CAN get food that is worth the money. Though in order to do so you must order an uncommon, not so frequently advertised, menu item. Like boneless chicken wings or deep dish style pizzas. Otherwise, you must physically check your food every single time because those kids will keep anything and everything in a warmer all day...
Read moreI went in 25 minutes BEFORE closing. I asked a couple questions about some new items on the menu before ordering. The young lady was very nice and answered my questions. I decided to order one of the new items. The half pizza/half bread sticks combo For 6$ or 6.50$ maybe. Somewhere in that price range. Then I asked for a side of cheese to go along with it and my price went up to 11$ & some Change...then she walked away to the kitchen area. I stood there very confused waiting for her return. Once she did return, i asked if she rang me up for a cheese pizza rather than a cup of cheese. She said yes she did. She also informed me that the guys working on the kitchen had already turned off all the pizza ovens. If i wanted a pizza, I would have to get one of the 2 pizzas that was sitting in the pizza warmer...
