Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Logansport

Horrible food. We were seated at 730. We got the buffet. This was a Saturday night, there were only about 7 other tables in the place. They only brought one fresh pizza out in the beginning, we were there about 45 minutes. If the pizzas are put out on the buffet with timer like things on them why did all the pizzas stay out on the buffet the whole time we were there. And more than half of them looked like they were an hour old already. Plus About 15 other people came in 3 groups after we sat down. And they got the buffet too. I originally thought hey I'll get boneless wings, but they were so nasty tasting I had to spit them out. I ended up getting broccoli, carrot sticks and ranch to fill up. They only had 2 waitresses working the floor. We ended up having to go to the counter ourselves to ask for a drink refills. My wife only ate the salad bar as well. The kicker is, about 10 minutes before we left the waitress told a new table near us that there no way they were gonna put anything new into the pizza bar. We have had wonderful pizza there in the past but if you're gonna let the buffet die or sell 2+ hour old food the customers...

I used to love Pizza Hut's Food, but throughout the years it's really taken a real drop in quality. It all started with them getting rid of the spicy cheese and replacing it with quite possibly the most generic tasteless cheese sauce I've ever had the displeasure of eating. At this point I'm even choosing Little Caesars Pizza instead. I'm quite saddened by this after being a Pizza Hut fan for many years. Even the "new" p'zone is lackluster compared to the old one which I just loved. On another note don't get me started on the Point of Sale system they recently upgraded! What kind of system doesn't let you split checks on the fly? Its completely ridiculous and a major inconvenience to Customer and Server alike, who have to apologize constantly for the dumb system. The only thing really saving this from a 1 star review is the excellent wait staff, who have always given me top notch service, I've never snubbed them on a tip or anything, they are what keeps me...

Waiter was rude, tried to seat us at a dirty table and was very irritated when I asked him to clean it off. He acted like he was doing us a favor by waiting on us. He told us that we could use rewards on our order. When it was time to pay I noticed that we were charged a higher price for the pizza. I had to get that fixed. The manager was checking us out told us that that's the way it has to be done because they cannot discount a pizza on the receipt, it would be like them stealing from the company. I was also told I could not use my rewards for dining in, only dining out. I was also charged a $5 up charge for cheese for breadsticks. When the waiter asked if we wanted marinara or cheese with our breadsticks and we said cheese he never once told us there would be enough charge for that I would be upcharge for that.
