The food was great. The helpings were more than we could finish. The prices are reasonable. BUT - our server took our order and then disappeared to the front of the building after bringing our drinks. She didn't deliver our food, she didn't come back to see if everything was OK or if we needed anything. She didn't appear to have any other customers either. We did see another server who was busy taking care of her tables. We stopped her and asked if she could get us a refill on our coffee. She refilled our coffee while smiling, even though she wasn't our server. Hopefully we get her the next time we go there, if we go back again. Later, our server came and placed the bill on our table quickly and disappeared again without asking if everything was OK. When we went up front to pay, we saw our server was sitting in a booth playing on her cellphone and another server was lying face down in a booth like she was at home in bed. Not very professional at all. We didn't leave a tip for our server since she didn't seem to care if we had good service or not. It's a shame that a place with such good food has not so...

Today is Fathers Day and my dad has never been to Braves. I assured him the food is fantastic and he’ll love it. They were really busy being a holiday so the wait and delayed visits from our waitress was to be expected. However, I never received my meal after placing my order. My family sat and ate their meal while I sat there watching them enjoy. When my waitress came back to our table she apologized for not sending my order in and I told her to just bag it up and I’ll take the bill for the two meals that were served. It’s my opinion they should have paid for my meal since they were the ones that messed it up. I got the bill. My meal was removed and my total was 17.11. Which was great! I was happy they decided to take care of mine. But then I get to the register and now I owe 29.95. When I asked why I paying this amount in comparison to my bill, they told me that I did get my meal. Needless to say I left the restaurant hangry and decided they don’t understand how to handle a situation like mine in a professional manner. We will not...
