I have never written a bad review about any businesses that I've dealt with, today marks the first. I visited nail art referred by a family member, WORST DICISION! I showed a picture of the type of nails I wanted and color to the artist and he informed me that he could do that same nail. When the nails were done they looked nothing like what I asked for in the photo I had shown him, something I could have easily gotten over had my nails come out nicely, BUT! not only were they nothing like what I asked for, but none of my nails were the same length and all of them were crooked pointing in all different directions. I went in to have them removed and a refund of my money and the artist refused to refund all my money, his words " I put in the time" yeah the time destroying my nails! If I could post pictures of what they did to my nails and what they look like now after they removed them you'd rethink going to this shop. I am so upset and completely unhappy I am out money, time and my nails look like someone did a hack job on them, I will never...

I've been going here for the last 18 years! That's longer than the current owner! I love how well my nails are done here, how friendly and professional everyone is here.
