I stayed here for 12 nights. When I first arrived: there was a dirty dish in the drawer, an earring from a previous guest on the desk, lipstick on a glass in the cupboard, crumbs on the kitchen floor, small hairs about the bathroom, a hair on the nightstand (it was black and mine is blonde). Whoever was in charge of cleaning the room did not clean it, but just tidied things up to make it not look messy. My room was not cleaned on my third day there, the sixth day, or the seventh day, even though I purposely did not leave the “don’t knock” on the door so that it would be cleaned. I had even filled out the form on day two that stated I wanted my sheets changed on day six, but that never happened. Worst of all, the refrigerator was broken, so it ruined $55 worth of groceries. I also had to spend more money because I had to eat out instead of cooking my own food like I planned. I also wanted to cook my own food to eat healthy. Because the hotel was completely full, I wasn’t able to get a new room until my eighth day there. Which by that time, it was a Monday and because of my busy work schedule I was unable to get groceries to cook anyway. This was so frustrating for me because the whole point I stayed at a long term suite instead of a regular hotel without a kitchenette was so that I could cook my own food because I like to do meal prep since I was going to be working a lot. The breakfast was bland. They had the same exact food every day, which isn’t great for people staying long periods of time. The eggs looked and tasted fake. The waffles were good though, but I didn’t want to eat them daily because that’s not very healthy. The staff was polite, especially the older woman who usually worked the breakfast area. But sadly to say, I’ve had better breakfast at the Holiday Inn Expess. The gym was decent compared to some I’ve been in, but not as great as some other Marriott’s I’ve stayed at. I don’t feel as if it was built more for men than for both men and women. There were no mats to stretch or so any exercises on the floor. I was very disappointed because I’ve stayed at multiple Marriotts in the past, and the Marriott had become my first choice for a place to stay at for business and for personal vacations. My Reservation Number is ----- their Telephone Number is 1-909-796-1001. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, we encountered several problems from one of your employees “Kalet”. Her first question was if I had my ID” with me and “the purpose of my stay”. I told her all that information was already in my profile. She opted by not giving me the family rate and decided to cancel my reservation. Her shift ended and “Melinda” came on board, we explained the situation and she also decided to cancel the reservation.||I have stayed with the Hotel Chain lots of times and this is the first time that I have been asked the purpose of my stay. Read moreThe business center computer and the Wi-Fi will both non-operation the front desk sent me to a competitor's property to use their business center with after a few minutes I was asked to leave for one of their customers totally understandable but embarrassing the purpose of my visit was to help a friend with his disability claim and several other medical concerns and doctors appointments followers required a computer was unable accomplished the goals also my friend suffers from dementia Ash and Samantha were wonderful Ash works overnights and he was very compassionate towards my friend very helpful extremely polite and respectful to my wife my wife has health issues and can barely walk cuz you can't breathe he was very patient with her and help her with everything she needed cannot say enough about Ash and Samantha who although there's only been there 2 weeks try her best to help me circumnavigate their billing process very patient the general manager was really rude and mean to my friend you don't treat people with dementia like that he was just a major inconvenience for her so no compassion at all rude to us we tried to extend and we were told there was no rooms available in the morning and she was told no rooms available I tried texting and he said well and was able to book a roomwhat's my packing totally unnecessary it's been a couple hours doing that because again my wife has health issues and it takes a long time for her to get things together especially when it's last minute notice, the parking 14 dollars a day is not disclosed to you in a matter that is transparent it doesn't reflect on your bill until you check out I filled out a parking questionnaire wish I needed help with because I didn't have my glasses and nobody told me that it was $14 a day and I didn't even get issued a parking pass for the last 2 days I guess that means my vehicle could have been towed would never say this...
