I asked the waitress about the rawmen and she said " Its the same as the packs you make at home". Then she told me "the Udon is very sweet and people don't like that" I said oh that's to bad I was hoping for something a little more authentic. My wife and I just order bento boxes. My wife told them very specifically that we didn't want anything with avocado because I'm allergic. They brought me the wrong drink but yes they corrected it. Later the waitress comes back to ask us if we were going to order anything else or are we done with our meal. To witch my wife replies "we are still waiting, we haven't received the food we ordered" she said oh sorry let me go check. The food finally came but the rice and teriyaki were cold. I start eating the tuna roll and it's on par. I go to eat a piece of my crunch roll and it's seems ok, no avocado in the first piece. I eat the second piece and I immediately noticed something different and creamy in it. I spit it out and yes there was avocado in it. I checked the rest of that roll and it had chunks of avocado. We tell them about the issue and they only offered to take that bento off of the bill. I left half my plate as did my wife because I had to go get my EPI pen. Two Epi pens later, I look at my wife and say never again. She says That place was horrible, why did we go there? My fault I confused it with another place that had good ratings down the street. I just put in the wrong address in the navigation. Horrendous service, and poor food execution. Don't...
Read moreI came after work meeting up with coworkers and we were greeted by friendly staff with a welcoming smile. We had a nice table and there is plenty of seating even being a smaller restaurant. The restaurant and restroom were clean. The waitress we had was so kind and helpful. We all ordered different items and they came highly recommended. We were even able to get a glimpse of the sushi chef preparing our food. The food came out at a reasonable time and didn’t have to wait long at all. The rolls we ordered were delicious. The only thing that was there website didn’t reflect the prices on the menu so maybe just an update on the website perhaps nonetheless regardless the food was worth the price and they even offer all you can eat for $34 seems like a great deal especially since two rolls came out to $26 ( none of us had partaken in the all you can eat) also the kind waitress brought us Chocolate, green tea and strawberry mochi ice cream for the table to try and it was creamy and delicious everything you expect mochi to be. Also key tip if you check in on Yelp you get either a free non alcoholic beverage or ice cream and so I had the green tea ice cream it was creamy and delicious and just enough for the pallet cleanse after a great meal..would most...

Although prices have risen a little for lunch and dinner at AYCE (All You Can Eat), it's still ok. The sushi was worth the price. If you are a foodie, the AYCE is a better choice.
The staff is always helpful and friendly, no matter how busy. Their greetings in Japanese to all customers are a nice touch. One guy has been there for a while, working as a cashier and taking orders by phone. But he's new to the job, I believe. He's always smiling and says hello to everyone who comes and goes. It's pretty amazing.
Sushi is made from fresh, perfectly firm rice. Never make the sushi too soft or too hard. It's just right. There are many types of sushi available. They have plenty of prepared sushi. I prefer the raw ones. I have never had bad sushi or felt the need to go to the bathroom afterward. They are fresh and I have sensitive stomachs.
This place is a great place to go if you are looking for excellent customer service and delicious, fresh sushi. Even though we don't live in San Bernardino County, Maki Yaki is a place that we always return to. It's...
