Upon arriving, we noticed that the trees were badly in need of being trimmed. We liked that basically no one wore masks and we didn't feel like we were in danger of getting sick because of it. Everyone pitched in to clean the picnic tables off since it was more comfortable temperature wise sitting outside although it wasn't very hot inside. It just made it easier because we didn't have to set tables up inside for eating. We like the potluck and didn't feel there was any danger of getting sick from everybody bringing a separate dish and sharing. The meeting was a little longer than it needed to be. It's okay to repeat important things a second time but not necessary three and four and five times. That's not to say we we did appreciate very much the officers and everyone who shared about positions and other items. Hopefully we will start getting monthly notices announcing when we're having meetings and what times and days and also through email and also getting the meetings from the previous month by email. We should be around to make the July meeting however in August and September and possibly part of October we will be vacationing and traveling throughout the US I give it three and...
