This store has demonstrated abhorrent, disgusting, defamatory behavior towards their employees with special needs. As the parent of one of those employees, my daughter has been body shamed, harassed, bullied and emotionally abused by a fellow employee and the store manager. The store manager is so unqualified with regard to developing positive and supportive relationships with employees who have neurological disorders ( such as Touretteâs) and instead demonstrates punitive and negative responses to behaviors that deserve grace, support and understanding. A fellow employee body shamed my daughter and was outright cruel to her. My daughter has PTSD and is now deeply triggered by the horrific treatment demonstrated by the staff at this grocery store that my daughter âlovedâ and âneededâ before this disgusting treatment. Shame on you Londonderry Market for not having the empathy, compassion and humanity that ALL employees deserve. Even if they have âdifferences.â If you have a heart, care about people who care about people, differences and all, and you feel repulsed by repulsive behavior, shop elsewhere. This place should be ashamed of how horrific management is, especially when the manager has no respect for someone who has intellectual and/or neurological differences. By the time he went through the whole process it was clear there was an issue with the machine (as he never received his cash). The manager on duty wrote on my friendâs receipt that he never received the cash. My friend also left his name and phone number so someone (the store manager?) could contact him the next day to fix the error. We ended up stopping by the store (which is 20 minutes from where we were staying) for each of the next two days without any resolution (each time someone passed the buck). Itâs clear that register was off the cash back amount (in the stores favor) when reconciled but they never paid my friend the amount he should have originally received. Terrible customer service.    Read moreEven though I have family who works here, it will not hinder my review. First off, plan on spending five times the amount for 98% of the store than you would elsewhere. Second, if you see something that you like, buy it all right then and there because it probably won't come back again. And lastly, watch the foods you buy when there are sales. This is NOT the first, second, third or fourth time I have purchased meats, veggies, fruit, ect that has gone bad in one day and it's not even expired.
