I look forward to summers in Vermont since the farmers markets are really fun places to visit. There is a lady who sells her own soap in every scent imaginable. Ephraim Farms Meats are very good- they sell whole chickens, sausage, pork and different cuts of steak. Sometimes they have fresh eggs and bones with marrow. There is a lady who sells quark cheese! Lots of great food and snacks like the homemade pitas and falafels, the veggie quesadilla. Also here are amazing wood products like beautiful cutting boards and lovely pottery by local artisans. Of course no handling, less talk, less time and tons more space between people waiting in line. This market is trying to be socially responsible by having each visitor answer health status questions before entering grounds and signing in on paper with a contact number in case there's an outbreak of sickness.
