Amazing meat. 1.25" pork chops were the best I've ever grilled; tender, moist and juicy. Perfect amount of fat around the edges and the most marbling I've ever seen in any pork anywhere. Disclaimer: chops do look gray in my photo but that is due to them being brined for a while. Hamburger meat was also great. 75% lean I believe. Great for staying juicy and flavorful during the grilling process.

We are never disappointed in the cuts and quality. Lamb shoulder and sirloin were INCREDIBLE. The fig and blue cheese sausage was so flavorful and unexpectedly delicious. We always select our protein from here when cooking at home, and I've yet to find a better butcher anywhere. Prices are great too!

Extremely helpful in discussing options on cuts and quality of prime rib. I purchased a 10.6 lb bone in prime grade. It was very expensive. I slow cooked it at 225 degrees. There were 9 guys and not one ounce of leftover. General consensus, the best prime rib any of us had ever had. Super helpful and friendly place. I will make the 25 minute drive for this level of quality...

So happy this place is in business! My mother lives nearby and is always able to get whatever she wants from Isaac. Went in yesterday to see what they had and there were German sausages! Vinny/Vinnie was great! Now we are on the lookout for ham bones for our pea soup and I am sure they will help us out! Nice shop and great people to help you find...
