My son just order me this beautiful bouquet of flowers for my birthday & they are absolutely gorgeous. The prettiest flower arrangements I have received from him. He lives out of town & started ordering online from some website that states will deliver from a local florist. They are so pretty & I have received many compliments. However 3 days after they were delivered I woke up to dead & limp sweetheart roses. I call the florist & told them about it. They offered to replace the roses the next day after they get some fresh one in the next morning. They didnât argue with me. I offered to send pictures & said it wasnât necessary. They were very good & polite about replacing the dead roses. I was happy how they handled the situation. That is how you get returning customers. On Motherâs Day is the first time my son used this website. What I received that time came from a different local florist & the bouquet was very cheaply made. It only had a few yellow daisies spread far apart with very little filler & a lot of open spaces in between the daisies, no other type of flowers were added. I know he paid good money but I didnât want to say anything. I feel like that the florist that delivered the daisies thought neither one us would know the difference. I know he is not pay for a cheap arrangement. Daisies are a very inexpensive flower & I thought this florist took advantage because it was ordered online. After I received these flowers for birthday I really bragged how this florist did a great job & was much better made than the last ones. Thatâs when he told me how he ordered them & the website picked the florist. I stressed how pretty these were & the florist name was Paducah Florist, hoping next time he would suggest they use this florist again. I didnât tell my son about the dead roses since they were very nice about replacing them. I wanted to share my story because of how pretty the flowers were & how they handled the situation with the dead sweetheart roses. I felt like they should last more...
Read moreWell first the lady on the phone tried to talk me out of getting a flower for my daughterâs date to go on his sports jacket. When I went to pay for the flower on Saturday Jennifer was great and even agreed to let me leave an accessory with the flower for my daughter to pick up as sheâd forgotten it at home. The single rose with babyâs breath was $42! No big deal I paid for it no problem my daughter calls me upset that they have no way to pin the rose on. Looks like to me for $42 theyâd provide a stick pin????? Maybe Iâm in the wrong, they did seem a little busy maybe no florists provide these? Idk. Also Iâd like to say for the record I DID PAY FOR THE MUMS!! It took a year or so but I did pay $100 for the mums at banks market. Sorry for making a huge mistake thank God he forgives and forgets cause some people never do. (Donât forget...
Read moreLet me preface saying I donât normally leave reviews. But this place didnât deliver flowers ordered 2 days in advance..with a confirmation email. My friend who ordered them called and told them I never received the orderâŚthey looked up the order and said they âcouldnât find ticket saying it was deliveredâ. Yeah because it didnât get delivered? If I didnât tell my friend I never got any flowers when she asked about themâ she would just be out all that money! Thatâs literally what your business is. Taking orders for flowers and delivering them. And some how this was just lost in thin air. Iâd just be careful about trusting them to deliver an order if you really want someone to receive flowers. I assume they are going to refund her. But I hate she wasted her time and money on a place who couldnât even keep up with one flower order...
