Number 1 Chinese Food — Restaurant in Lone Oak

I eat here all the time with my mom and my husband that doesn't like Chinese food at all love's this place. The owners are amazing people and cook's. I have never ordered anything I didn't like. BUT MY favorite dish is the house special Mei foo and there crab rangoons are hands down the best I have ever eaten at any Chinese restaurant. We eat here so much that when the owners see us pulling in she already putting or order in and getting are drinks ready for us . The lady that owns the restaurant will come to are table and talk to me and my mom like she has known us forever. I love the food and the service I get from them and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves or likes Chinese food. The amount of food u get is enough to take home for lunch the next day. If ur ever in the area you should definitely stop in and try them out . You may a little bit more money here than other places but I promise the amount of food and the love that goes in to every dish is worth the money. ...

I went there with my Family and ordered their Kung Pao Chicken, Checken Egg Foo Yung and General Tsao's Chicken. The KPC has nice crisp and crunchy vegetables, and excellent flavor, though it was more of a savory flavor sauce, rather than a slightly vinegary flavor like I am used to, but still amazing. The Egg Foo Yung was crispy on the outside, firm on the inside and the gravy was rich, flavorful and by far the best I have ever had. The GTC was crispy on the outside, but quite dry on the inside. It was as if it had been fried a bit too long, but yet it was not burned (this is the only reason I didn't give them a 5/5 star rating - to be fair, if I could, I would still give them a 4.5/5 star rating). It still had amazing flavor, due to the sauce, and the broccoli was nice, crisp and crunchy. They also cooked it in mild spice for my family, per my request, and then let me add extra spice on the side. It was perfect, except for the dry chicken on the KPC. Thank you for the amazing...

Food is great, I say that with no hesitation. The service kills it for me however. My first time I was charged $15 for coconut shrimp (single order). I thought that was extremely high and questioned the young lady at the counter. I asked again and said “for ONE order??” She said yes so I took my 24kt food and went home.

I came back today (4-9) and this time the dinner portion was $9.25 combo. I asked the older lady why I was charged double. She grew visibly upset and began chattering a mile a minute. She denied what had happened even though I brought it up on my bank account. Deny, deny, deny. I get my food and its coconut CHICKEN. She begins to argue again and I politely asked for a refund and “I’ll go somewhere else.” After a few more words I could not understand, she gives me someone else’s order and says “i do this for you.” Ok thanks, I appreciate it.
