Mattress Market — Local services in Lone Oak

I am giving this place absolutely zero stars!!! I picked out a mattress from them and had to make sure the price for me to spend was ok with my husband. They stopped me going out the door and asked what price it needed to be for me not to have a conversation with my husband. I told them we have a rule if anything is over $500 it needs to be a mutual decision. So they got it down to $619.99. I still needed to ask my husband out of respect for our marriage. He works nightshift. The next day my husband cut his sleep short and we decided to go get the mattress. Upon showing the quote to a different guy that was working, he had to prove my estimate was real, and only wanted to sell the floor model, because they didn't have one in stock. (Never did they tell me this). Wouldn't discount that model either(it had unraveled strings on top and the side from where people sit on it had frays and balls of fabric coming off). Then after agreeing to buy the floor model knowing we are from Alabama (and so is our bank) they would only accept cash!! So needless to say they lost our business and our money! They do not stand by what they say, and do not make it easy to purchase from them!

Update... I was contacted "just to see where they went wrong" let me clarify. The salesman today made no effort to work with me. Shut me down at every turn. From giving him the quote and him needing to verify it was a real quote. Which upon talking to the salesman that quoted it, it was a real quote. Then apologizes for not knowing how "my bank works". As far as I know the max you can get from an ATM is $300. If you go out of state and try to go to multiple ATMs to get multiple withdrawals they will shut down your card. But for example his is set up to get $1000 out at a time. I'm sure you can set up your bank to do that but why!! If you was to loose your card out of state that would be terrible. None the less. The contact made from the same gentleman just went in circles on how he was right. They did offer to deliver the floor model order mine and then swap. (I hope they don't do this, to often.) This is going in my husband's camper he stays in while he works here. Not sure if any of them have put a queen in and out of a camper before... That is just a pain, too. So with all that said, the contact was all for not, and they still didn't have any...

We decided to shop here based on so many other good reviews. We drove from over 50 miles away, and we were not disappointed! Great selection. I would guess that we tried 10 or more mattresses before deciding what we liked. The salesperson that day was not pushy at all, and if they didn't know the answer to a question, they went and found it. The beds arrived on time, remarkable considering the factory was roughly in the path of a hurricane at this time. Thank you Zack, Chauncey, and Bryce! We are quite pleased with the product and the service...

Best investment in years!! Zach, you did an awesome job in getting us set up with our new bed. Thank you for taking the time to explain each mattress that we considered & helped us understand the differences. Also, thank you for providing us with a very similar mattress until ours came in. Bringing it to our home, setting it up, & disposing of our old one made our purchase completely hassle free and let us know we shopped at the right place! Thanks Mattress Market!
