I ordered a NY STYLE BEEF pizza takeout and I received sausage. Whenever I called, the lady told me she made it herself and that the sausage and the beef were right next to each other and probably just got some pieces of sausage mixed in. I proceeded to tell her again that the WHOLE entire pizza was SAUSAGE. My boyfriend does not eat pork and he almost threw up when he took a bite. She was rude the whole time and did not take responsibility for the mistake. She finally said she'll make a new one and just hung up on me. I showed up at the place with the sausage pizza to show her. Once again she was completely rude and didn't even make it right. My pizza was not a X-LARGE NY style, it was a regular medium pizza. She said her name was MEGAN and she claimed to be the manager. I work at a restaurant industry and I have not seen a "manager" this terrible and not know how to manage. The customer service was absolutely terrible and they ripped me off my money as I'm still trying to get a refund. I recommend any other pizza place...

I arrive to pick up the order, I gave them my last name not knowing what name was used when the order was placed. They said no order had been placed under that name, could it be under a different name. I gave them my first and last name. They said no order had been placed for that name either, do you know the phone number that places the order. I said no I don't, but I'll go outside and call them and double check. My wife calls them and they tell her they can't give me the order because I didn't give them the right name. The name the order was placed under was my first name. She ended up telling them "just give him the food". I walk in and they hand me the order and act like no issue existed. Read moreWhen calling in the delivery, I was stuck in the single rudest phone call I've had. She made sure to make it abundantly clear how disturbing she found my patronage. I called at 9 pm on a Friday, hours before they should be thinking of closing, so the only explanation for her terrible attitude is horrendous people skills. She was clearly annoyed by everything I said, agitated by my simple order of a single item, and disgusted by my ready address and card information. With her disdain of human interaction, I suggest moving this particular worker to anywhere customers will never be accosted by her hateful presence.
