OOOMMMMGGGG!!! 😍😍😍Just went to the most incredible candy store I’ve ever seen!!! The NAILED IT!!!!! 🍭🤩Sorry Wonka, there are new CANDY QUEENS in town!!!! Jackie and Amy are the owners who are truly passionate about giving the most amazing experience to their visitors! They love their community and absolutely adore the children that visit their store! In fact before they were even open to the public, kids would want to come in and check it out, they would allow kids that just walked by to get a sneak peek just to see the joy and excitement on their faces. These two have the biggest hearts and have so much to give back to the community! Bringing joy creating an amazing experience is their success! I just went to their amazing grand opening! Every single detail of this store is INCREDIBLE! Not one single detail was missed, from their life size candy animals, to their amazing portraits on the wall made by 💯 candy! They have a huge variety of old school candy from when I was a kid to fun current TikTok famous candies! They also have a wide rang of international candies which is fun! My kids loved all the fun sodas and beverages that aren’t always easy to find. My youngest love the Creation Stations, a unique experience to use your imagination to create different things Candified supplies, from sushi, to pizza, to even designing a bucket hat, they have many different experiences that will guarantee you will leave with a smile on your face! What an amazing place! This is a true family business, and just a ton of fun. We were visiting my sister in Long Beach, who'd planned a special trip to Candified for a Creation Station activity - but we didn't make a reservation and arrived to a closed shop. We contacted the owners and Amy replied with a passionate apology, explaining they almost never close but due to having no reservations decided to use the day to work on their Christmas displays. She offered to have us come back on another day and even open the shop early for us - then gifted us the activities for free (entirely unnecessary but so appreciated!!)

When we came back they couldn't have been more kind, and we all had a blast. The kids made the geode cookies (my 5 year old was mesmerized by about 50 shades of edible glitter options!), and we browsed the incredible candy selections. The shop is well organized and carries everything your heart could desire - old fashioned and hard-to-find candies, British and Mexican specialties, crazy things like 5lb gummy bears, and even candy-themed makeup. It is a rare delight to encounter not just one but two founders working side-by-side: Amy Kavanaugh, with her extensive experience gained directly from working alongside the founder of Starbucks, and Jackie Sorkin, whose captivating shows have captured the hearts of viewers worldwide.
