Worse place to stay ever!!!! They take good pictures to make this place look better than what it actually is. I stayed here at yhe beginning of July 2018 and it was HORRIBLE. The rooms look nothing like the pictutes. No comforter or duvee on the bed. Literally a sheet with a runner drapped across it. There was no microwave in the room. Worse tv ever. Dirty stained sheets and pillow cases. The air conditioning was so dated I did not want to use it. I was woken up out of my sleep at 1 am to bed bugs crawling on the pillows. I got the worst bite ever!!! I called priceline in which I booked the room through and they gave me the run a round so I was pretty much forced to sleep in this bug infested room. So I barely got any sleep due to the fact I was scared of getting bitten up. I wake up at 7 to take a shower and get ready for work and its bo hot water. So I couldn't even wash the freaking bite. The absolute worse for almost $200. A complete rip off. Lastly, when my boyfriend checks out the manager ask that he tells me not to leave a review and how the owner will compensate me to not speak on this experience. She also goes on to tell him how the heath Inspector was there and pest control came out for the bed bug infestation. So they are obviously aware and the owner doesn't want to change...

If I would rate this place ill rate it has no star. Ppl rated this place as a good and up to stay here based on the reviews we took a room here. Won't come here again. The towels are dirty and I use it sooo gross. And when we told Dawn she accused us of dirtying the towels and got mad at us ps we brought our towels. Blood on the sheets and on the mattress pad again soooo gross when we wanted to check out she said the money is not refundable. So we brought our own blankets and sheets. She said why didn't we tell bc she would freak out and I didn't want to say anything. We brought our own garbage bags and emptied our own garbage bins. No towels when we got here. Told us it's a quiet place noisey has hell. DON'T STAY HERE RUN FOR YOUR LIFE ITS TOO LATE FOR US. Stuck here. My vocation ruined 😵😔😭 Even when she gave us a discount when we checked in picky about here I stay damn right for the money. Cheap room in Long Beach - was clean and tidy and just what we needed for a 1 night stay on our way south.||The rooms were quite big, 2 queen beds, wall-mounted TV with cable, small table and 2 chairs, and a small bar fridge.||Bathroom was clean, though we had to ask for an additional towel as there were only 2 supplied, and there was 3 of us staying.||One downside was that the pillows and bedspread had dust and lint on them.. Easily brushed off, but a bit concerning. And the beds were made a little weird - blanket was under the top sheet, and there was no sheet underneath to 'sandwich' the blanket. The blanket on 1 of the beds was dirty. And 1 bed had dirty sheets with cigarette burns on them.||Other than the bedding situation, the room was perfectly fine for us, and had everything we needed.
