From Wednesday, October 27th, 2021: Excellent job by their staff tonight. It was PACKED! They stayed calm, passing out samples and offering drinks to the guests. Standing room only! Great job by DANIEL AND BRENDA, the managers on duty. Daniel is super nice, acts quickly to move the line, and is always upbeat. Brenda has been at this location since it opened. She's very nice, too, and excellent at leading the crew. They both deserve credit for keeping things efficient and pleasant. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ RATING!
NEW REVIEW: OCTOBER 10, 2021... OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NATHANIEL! THIS YOUNG MAN IS VERY WARM, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL. I SAT NEAR THE REGISTER TODAY AND WAS ABLE TO SEE HIM IN ACTION. HE DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR THE QUALITY OF HIS EFFORTS AND RESULTS. FRANKLY, THIS TYPE OF EXPERIENCE IS ALL TOO UNCOMMON THESE DAYS, SO I FEEL I NEED TO ACKNOWLEDGE HIM. This is a place I definitely recommend. I'm not much of a coffeehouse type of person but recently, I've signed up for the Panera Bread membership card, which costs about $9-10 a month, and allows for a coffee or tea of your choice every two hours, all day long.
You can't beat that deal, especially if you drink a lot of coffee or tea. I thought it was a really good price, and convenient, too, so I joined. Boy, has it made a big difference! Instead of getting coffee in the morning at the local AM/PM gas station, I now can enjoy more options, higher quality product, at a cheaper price.
Again, you just can't beat it, and I've been pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy my visits because the staff is friendly and helpful.
The general manager, Richard Rose, is always doing his best to ensure a positive customer experience. On those occasions when something does go wrong, he acts quickly and effectively because he really cares about keeping his customers. The same goes for his shift managers.
The shift managers include Carolina, Susana, Brenda, and Carlos, respectively. Can't say enough about each one of them! Again, like Richard, I've seen each one be nothing but warm, friendly, and professional with their customers, which makes it an easy choice for them to return when they might be in the mood for coffee, tea, or any of Panera Bread's tasty soups, salads, and/or baked goods.
For example, I recently had a cherry-filled tart that was absolutely delicious with my hazelnut coffee! It was so good, I made sure to thank Richard for kindly suggesting it to me. Read moreI would never return to the store. We need to feed breakfast for 70 people and was told the way to do it was to go online to the app and place an order. This was told by the staff at the restaurant so we did the pick up time of 6:09 AM the following morning. At 5:15 AM I received a phone call saying my order could not be filled because their catering department and needed our bagels and that, they could not source the bagels from another location that I would have to make the phone calls myself. I was not happy with that and the person on the phone finally decided that they would make the phone calls. They contacted another Panera Bread and told me that they could fill the order but that I would have to cancel the order on my credit card and put a new order through because they could not transfer the order and I asked at that time are you certain that that location could fulfill the entire order, and the response was well they could fulfill most of it, but they don’t have enough to do all, I was not happy because first they couldn’t fulfill the order at this location and then they were trying to send me to another location that had told them they couldn’t fulfill the order. I canceled the order. I went to Einstein bagel where they had bagels on hand and fulfilled my order. Very bad at Panera...

They put so much fake images it's hard to know what the actual food looks like. No one want to know what a stock image of a meal made somewhere else looks like, they want to know what the meal looks like at the place. I'd search stock image of [insert name of dish] for that. Pictures are basically the expectationvsreality subreddit. Sorry, I have to deduct for the dishonesty.
It's hard to score for service when things are mostly done on the app. You hardly talk to the employees. I cannot tell if they are hospitable or not, since I don't have an opportunity to talk to them. I can score for speed only. Food does take a while for a fast casual place but I honestly don't mind too much.
Food was decent for the price if you get a two item meal deal. I feel like I might as well go to a real restaurant than pay some of those prices for some of the dishes individually. Soups and some bakery items are good. Sandwich is okay. Salad...
