I've been here quite a few times. I never actual put two and two together but everytime we went here to fix an issue with one of our phones (there's 3 of us) something else would go wrong shortly after. Kind of like when you take your car to the mechanic and there's always some other issues. Except the other issues don't show up til later. Anyway I went there a few months ago to get my iPhone screen fixed and replace the battery. I paid for that plus a screen protector. I paid around $200. Came to find out my battery was never changed and they didn't properly install the new screen. I came on a Tuesday at noon for a cracked phone repair. I was recommended to get a screen protector from them which I bought as well. 10 am on Wednesday my screen cracks. This was obviously a shoddy repair, I brought it back assuming they would fix it considering it was less than 24 hours later and my screen cracked.
