I just got my hair cut at the Gillette Great Clips at the Valley Mall in Gillette . Denise the manager cut my hair. Did not know what to expect for a $9.99 hair cut. My hair was below my shoulders and a mess. I told her I wanted it short so my naturally curly hair would come back. She showed me a book of short cuts and turned the page to exactly what I wanted. Now it is short sweet and curly again . I am a senior and should receive the senior price of$13.00. I was sent a$5.00 coupon on my email as I have been a customer. When I went to check out I informed Alex, who gave me a great cut I should mention, but she charges me$18.00 at first. Then I said I was a senior and that I also had a coupon. It was all good until the end when I saw I lost about 8'-10' inch of my length where I asked for only for 4'. Very disappointeded. It was my first and definitely the last time at great Clips.
