Adam is one of the best managers I have ever met. His attention to detail is fantastic and the store runs like a watch. The food is consistent, fresh, and the rest of the staff follows his lead. I've met the owner, I expect no less from him, and the extras this store offers are an absolute bonus that many would Enjoy!

Fast food, and "fast retail" in general is hard. Part of it of course, is keeping the customer happy. I think the bigger part, based on my own experience, is getting people hired in the store that are willing to meet these expectations. It's very hard to grab people who are willing to meet these expectations, let alone exceed them! Especially for fast food, or any retail experience which doesn't involve a full store, you're mainly dealing with high schoolers or inexperienced people. What many customers don't understand is that it is very difficult to both stay competitive AND hire people that are willing to work both the hours and the schedules that are required for these types of vusinesses , and give 120% daily.

Both Adam and his franchisee understand that in order for this Burger King to be successful, they need dedicated staff who are both trained and experienced on operating the equipment, and care enough about the customers experience to push themselves forward in their own careers. I strongly believe that Adam and his franchisee have managed to find the best possible employees for this location.

If you consider that they could literally hire anyone, and have not, but rather have hired staff who want to work and put the effort in every day to make sure that US , the CUSTOMERS , have the best experience... This is what everyone should be looking for as far as fast food is concerned. It's one of those things that's often overlooked.

I guarantee if you go to this location, you will get not only the fastest possible checkout process, shortest wait times possible, but more importantly you will be greeted with staff that have been personally vetted and trained to be among the best . This particular store in Gillette is one of the nicest Burger Kings I have ever been to. Super clean and very fast. It is also very modern with actual telescreen menus inside. The crew are very efficient and I have noticed that some of them have been working there for years now, which seems to suggest it must be a pretty decent place to work. Food is always hot and tastes like it was just made right then and there. Crew are always super nice and courteous, and super quick. I have been going to this Burger King for years now....
