There's usually something to find...but if not it's kind of fun to brouse around! They have New employees wich is nice! They had some employees that were really rude...and make sure you keep.your receipt..some of the items you may buy can and will be broken..they have some things that are way over priced...and the jewelery consists of alot of costume and department store donations and they are priced rediculously...they sometimes sale jars that have a whole bunch of misc stuff like beads old broken necklaces earrings and some random stuff that they found at the bottom of a trash can....and charge a WHOPPING $100. $50. $40 And i personelly bought a few and found some silver items such as earrings..a few necklaces...and bought never found any gold items to conpensate for the amount of money you pay to find absolutely "NOTHING" ? There's jewelery thats priced at GOLD PRICES! I SUSPECT the person in charge of pricing all of the jewelery donations....."DOES NOT KNOW 1 THING ABOUT GOLD/SILVER/COSTUME JEWELERY FOR NOTHING! I found a ring in a box in the jewelery display and it was marked $99. And i looked at the ring and it wasnt even marked gold or not even a hallmark ...just a fake gold colored ring! I showed the employee and the ring is still in the jewelery case ....so remember to check out the jewelery because there's NO RETURNS OF JEWELERY ITEMS! And they never have mens blue jeans like never..I've been going there for about 5 yars and i have never found my size...34X32. Basic size....??? And the shoes look like HOMELESS PEOPLE SHOES....GROSS! But other then that i have fun just looking around...they moved all of the Aisles and stuff around and got some NEW items you should...

This isnt the first time or last time they do this. Its pretty much every 2 weeks. So nothing new right? WRONG YOU ARE WRONG F* Y.
Place was already packed and people had tons of stuff in carts already. Maybe they got let in early cause i was only there 5mins after they opened and it was crowded. The selection was VERY POOR. I found 4 items i found that ended up costing me about 17$ total. And I didnt have to look at everything to find them. No I didnt look at clothing items.
The line was extremely long and SLOW. They had only 3 registers open out of 4. I walked into line at 9:59 am and took pictures of line cause i knew this was gonna be good. When i made it to the cash register it was 10:32 am. That is 33mins of SOLID WAITING IN LINE TO BUY 4 ITEMS. 4 items. repeat 4 items.
God forbid if anyone came up with any idea like this one: 20 items or less line. NO F* Y! You deserve to wait in line for 33mins and dont deserve any logical process like the idea above. You deserve to wait behind the lady with 40 clothing items. (not her fault really) This is how you run a business. One of these managers has failed on so many different levels its amazing. I am serious. It is just truly amazing. I want to give you my money and to do so I must wait 33mins to do so. That is just a scratch on the surface of your total failure moron. This car is totaled.    Read moreI generally believe in the good things that Good Will does for folks, especially the economically disadvantaged community. But WOW, they have really shitty corporate policies resulting in a terrible customer experience. This Good Will primarily sells clothes, and it is very hard to buy clothes without trying them on first. Apparently Good Will corporate has decided: 1) to close all dressing/fitting rooms indefinitely, and 2) to forbid the taking of merchandise into the bathrooms. The employees claim that the only two options for trying on clothes are: a) to come to the store wearing tight fitting clothes (so that you can try on the merchandise over the tight clothes) and b) to buy all the clothes you think COULD fit, then come back within 2 weeks to return the ones that didn't fit right. EXCEPT that they have a third shitty corporate policy in which they don't actually give you a full refund/your money back. INSTEAD they only give you STORE CREDIT. So I am writing this review as a pissed off customer who wants to change their corporate policies and is trying to get good will corporate to actually listen to their customers. So if you are like me, please join me in leaving bad reviews until good will corporate changes their stupid, terrible...
