I WILL REPORT ALL OF THESE ILL MANNERED LACK OF HOME TRAINING REJECTS anytime I see behavior that is not what I come to expect of customer service and people are terrible with it these days so when they see me coming they better have on their best mood because I will trash their performance by reporting it to their supervisor so they will then have a reason to be in a bad mood. IM NOT PLAYING. I have told these crack a shack places about hiring such inconsiderate trash and putting them on registers and trying to make themselves think they are serving the public. One girl in there talking about getting her quick weave to crunch and one gay man in there trying to pick up trade. And one woman in there who needs to be on dementia medication because she is so warped out. This place really needs a makeover. I don't care how good your produce is you can't have a grocery store function correctly without having good people. Brookshires didn't make a name for itself because of its wide selection of goods. It made a reputation for itself by employing good people. The manager of this store really needs to review ALL OF HIS EMPLOYEES and bring them up to speed with the process by which a store should be run and he himself needs to come to an understanding with himself that includes trying to find out where he is going wrong. All of these reviews on here only say one thing. That the store has a wide selection of products and it should but it lacks the people who are committed to doing their job the right way. I will be going to the head store in Tyler and reporting this store because I have had three incidents in a short period of time where the people were not doing their jobs the best way i think they could have and they also need to watch who they let loiter in their parking lot and the flith that drags itself inside as well needs to be reviewed. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was standing in line for a very long time, because the stores card readers were down and that is fine, things happen. I was talking to this gentleman who worked there named Rajaun, he was so sweet and a pleasant conversationalist. As I was in the middle of a sentence speaking with him, his Manager calls for him to get back to work. This really got me riled up, because the most important part of working somewhere is great costumer service, which is what he was giving me; a great experience. For his boss to be so rude, not just to him, but to me by stopping me mid-sentence is just poor behavior. I later asked another one of their amazing employees for his name, because I wanted to make a complaint. She informed me that his name was Jason and that he was a manager. Iām not sure if the store reads these, but if so I wanted to say to Mr. Jason to treat your employees better, because the store would not function without them. So be very grateful. You were granted power to lead, so lead by love, not out of entitlement, anger, or frustration. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI actually had a horrible experience with one of the deli workers but still giving 5 stars due to how management handled the situation. The manager available listened, was very polite and respectful. She informed me that the store director would be better to handle my specific situation and walked me to him. Unfortunately he was on a call and I was pressed for time. She offered to take me to the deli and have my order filled as I had requested it to be while waiting for him to finish his call. The minute this young woman turned her head the deli worker attempted to stare me down & intimidate me. I informed the young lady, took me order & headed to check out. I wore down my information for the director and let her know what had happened and told her that I fully expected him to contact me and in turn asked for his information, I was heated to be sure. Brian surprisingly contacted me within the hour and handled the situation to my satisfaction. In a world where customer service has flown the coop on every level I was extremely impressed and appreciated all of those who helped me.
