Concentra Urgent Care — Local services in Longview

I had the same experience as some of the other people on here Because the dots were just starting to show on the temp strip when i came out with my cup she threw out my sample and said they shouldve shown immediately. She expected me to go right back in the restroom (after I just emptied my bladder) and pee in front of her which i couldnt because I had no pee left to pee and this made her even more mad. So I drank water and waited around for hours. She took care of alot of other patients, went to lunch and came back and I was still waiting. I was by that point in pain and she told me that she didn't have time for me to give my sample maybe someone else could do it. But everyone else was busy. I left in tears with pee running down my leg 4 hours later. I'm currently in the ER with a urinary tract infection from having to hold my pee for so long. I've had 3 kids & my bladder can't hold that long. And the worst part im gonna loose the job offer now too on top of it all. How can people be so miserable at their job that they screw up the lives of other people around them? And how can this be allowed to continue? I am obviously not the first or second person who has had this problem solely based off what im reading on these reviews on Google. I've never been so embarrassed it was humiliating. When people are trying to better themselves in life why is it that others can't stand to see it? If that's the type of person you are u should never be allowed this job because u are keeping people who want to be responsible, hard working adults...

When arrived there it was a very long wait, It will tha last time I go there to renew my medical certificate for my CDL .I first walked back they checked my blood pressure it was high, than usually,but they checked it again it went down to 144/ 84, but they supposed to check it 3 times, it was a female doctor, she so determined that I have high blood pressure, now I got go back and get it renewed in a year, instead of 2years, I told her, I have my own family doctor, if I had high blood pressure i would be already on medication...but she didnt listen, I got home check it 130/ 69, but she really screwed me out of a year! She needs to learn to listen, then the questions asking bout you health history, i should've check it closely, it said I said yes to a brain injury also....I will definitely be going to Healthcare Express on the loop281 longview, next time....I got frustrated from long wait, thats why my blood fuctuated.....But I hope that Lady Doctor in informed how bad she upset me, by not listening, Everyone dont have High Blood Pressure, I monitor mines daily....Hope yall let her know how she mess me around on my medical certificate...my name is Cornilus...

The nurse there thinks she can look at you & tell if you are on drugs. I was in the bathroom less than 1 min. As soon as I brought the cup out she looked at it and said it did not temp then she disposed of it. I said you are suppose to allow it to temp, they said no it's instant. I've taken many drug tests. It takes more than 1 1/2 mins to temp. She then treated me like an inmate. Going in the bathroom with me which I didn't mind.. but making me pull my underwear & pants down to my knees, my shirt up and spin in a circle. Then she watched me urinate. I felt humiliation to be treated that way My test was negative im back on with shiftkey but I never want to experience that again. I will not go...
