Okidoki Hibachi Express Longview — Restaurant in Longview

We did a group order for lunch at work. We ordered at 11:15 and we were told 20 minutes for pick up. Upon arrival @ 11:50 this place was packed! We ended up not getting our food until 12:20. On the 3rd day being open and a full house at lunch time I think this will only get better with time.

The food was DELICIOUS and worth the wait. We ordered chicken fried rice, teriyaki chicken, steak fried rice, crab rangoons, yakisoba chicken, egg rolls, steak and shrimp, and yum yum sauce. It’s been aplenty of times where wifey and I try a new place we’ll buy 2-4 dishes and get disappointed. So we learned to try just a little before going all out. Well folks we were throughly satisfied with the dish we bought. Chicken Katsu and Edamame. Delicious. Especially the sauce they put on the chicken. Next time I’m getting extra sauce. Considering they recently opened the business I understood why it was a bit of a wait. They were bombarded with customers while I was there. But I read some reviews and was prepared for that. We went in the evening, during the week, & it wasn't busy. The staff were very polite, & the food was very generously portioned & really good. It is something we will definitely be eating again, though as take out.

The only downsides are, due to the age of the building, restrooms are outside entrances & some of the ceiling tiles already need to be replaced. Otherwise, it was clean &...
