If I could give zero stars I would. I called ahead of time, and was told (in a confident, customer focused manner) that they could do a simple repair to my clairent, and it would only take 20 minutes. I drive 45 minutes to this location, to then be told they will not work on the brand clairnet I needed repaired. Bear in mind, all that needed done was some new corking where the pieces attach. As a saving grace, I highly recommend Mundt Music 5 minutes from this horrible excuse for a full service instrument repair store. Thanks for nothing, Tatum Music. I stopped by on my lunch hour and not one single person came out to help me. I could hear them talking in the back. I waited a little while longer and still no one bothered to come out and help me. Tatum Music is my favorite place to take my kids instruments to be repaired . They have always been honest and up front with me when doing repairs. An the prices are reasonable. I took my kids instruments here and now are taking my grandkids . And that should tell you how long I have relied on their expertise. I used them when my daughter was in fifth grade and I am using them still and or her daughter who is in her sophomore year in college....
