I love this place, too loud with the music sometimes. Forgivable. The staff is so nice, it's quick, it great.

Until it's not.

I've ordered a caramel macchiato with coconut milk 3 different times, weeks, sometimes months apart. Everytime, it's spoiled milk. I'm talking like gag and I cannot choke down my $8 drink as much as I want to. I'm not sure what coconut milk they are using or how long it's left out. But it's rotten, seriously. I found myself really really wanting to try them again this morning. I actually sat in the parking lot looking back and forth at them and StarB. I have not been to SB in years... Because I'm loyal to 7. But this morning, I had to choose SB bc the taste of the spoiled coconut milk has actually made such an impression, that I couldn't stomach getting back in the 7 line. Yes, I've informed them once out of the 3 times, and they did give me a free drink. Which is great, thank you. But when it keeps happening, it's literally made me not able to stomach even getting in the line. Please please fix this issue and...

These people are the “Chick-fil-A people” of the coffee world. Having a tough day? Need a pick me up? Just to feel pretty? This is the people to go see! Their positive attitude radiates off of them and it’s contagious. Now, let’s talk about the sugar free flavors… so many options! I mix them up to get a certain flavor I’d want. Like sf White chocolate mix with sugar-free peppermint gives me the peppermint bark vibes! I avoid places like Starbucks because of the lack of sugarfree flavors that are offered , making it impossible to stick to my eating plan! Then the kids menu is the perfect size AND price for my kids! My six year old has yet to waste any smoothie we have gotten her and they are only 2.75$. My oldest (12) has graduated to the med hot cocoa cause she said it’s hands down the BEST ever and she is a little bougie 😂 so that’s strong words! Go try them. You owe yourself that. Let these delightful humans make your day better… because even in the rain and cold they kept a smile on their face and made mine so...

The guy in the drive through wearing literally a wearable covered cone lol, was super sweet! He took the time to explain a couple of the drink choices to us since we'd never been. I wasn't crazy about having to scan the QR when you first pull in to see the menu while you are pulling into the drive, but he made it a great experience with his patience while we looked it over. We went with the Snickers hot with added coconut making it taste like a Samoan delight! My daughter went with the White Mocha hot and it was pretty tasty as well. I will say we went with Mediums and they were more than we could drink because they were super sweet! We definitely could've went with smalls. The price at $10.41 for both wasn't bad at all considering the flavoring they had! Once we got up to the girl to pay, she was super sweet as well.
